Return Process

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your case for a different model or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and place your Pela products in their original compostable packaging or a small envelope.

• 4.
  Ship and Process

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received, we will process your refund or ship your new item within 5-7 business days.
